CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
CANCELLATIONS
We don't accept cancellations after the item has shipped. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can not be held responsible for delays due to customs.
PACKAGING
We take great care of our work, so you can be assured that the artwork is packaged well. Orders of 1 - 6 items are shipped in padded bubble mailers to protect them in transit. Larger quantities may be shipped in rigid boxes.
